Many Kingston Putters products are custom-made and limited-release items. All custom putters with hand-stamps and/or finishes are non-refundable, and cannot be canceled or returned for merchandise credit or refund once delivered to the customer.

As with any custom item, custom putters are made to the request of the individual player and there may be slight variances in the material and finishes, whether done in-house or outsourced. For any concerns when you receive your putter, please contact our team within the first 7 days, prior to playing the putter, so we can rectify the situation.

Shipping expenses for product returns are the sole responsibility of the customer. Kingston Putters is not responsible for items lost via transport company when returning products. Kingston Putters reserves the right to deny any return or exchange if the item appears to be used in any way.

In order to obtain an RA#, submit a request through our online contact form, or email directly to kingstonputters@gmail.com. Please include: 

    1    Original proof of purchase (required)

    2    Reason for your return request

If approved, we will provide the RA# and any additional information needed to complete the process.

Nonreturnable Items:

    •    Custom-made putters with custom hand-stamps and/or finishes once received by the customer

    •    Items marked as Final Sale

    •    Products that have been used or worn

    •    Products that are damaged, abused, or altered

    •    Products without proof of purchase
